Specialized in transforming complex data into actionable insights, strengthening data maturity, and delivering technology-driven solutions that support organizational growth, efficiency, and strategic objectives.

Nadeem AL-SAYED
Strategic Organizational Development & Quality Consultant
Nadeem brings over 15 years of experience in institutional development, quality management, and organisational capacity strengthening across Yemen, Oman, and Sudan. His work spans ISO-based quality frameworks, governance restructuring, KPI design, and results-based performance systems, delivering sustainable, measurable change for government institutions, private sector clients, and international development organisations. At Adaa Foundation, Nadeem leads engagements in capacity strengthening, governance reform, and institutional development.

Salah AlQutaimi
Strategic Development & Governance Consultant
Salah brings over 12 years of cross-sector expertise in humanitarian coordination, food security programming, governance reform, and institutional development across Yemen. With field experience spanning WFP, FAO, and many NGOs, he specialises in evidence-based programme design, results-based M&E systems, and multi-stakeholder coordination in complex operating environments. At Adaa Foundation, Salah contributes to strategic advisory, monitoring and evaluation, and governance and institutional development engagements.

Salah is a strategic development and innovation professional with cross-sector experience spanning humanitarian operations, project management, data-driven decision support, healthcare, and ecosystem building. He works at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human-centred innovation, designing practical, scalable, and impact-driven solutions for emerging and underserved markets. He contributes to strategic advisory, digital transformation, and AI-powered solution design.

Muneer Al-Ashmali
Climate Change & Institutional Development Consultant
Muneer is a governance and institutional development professional with over 15 years of experience across local governance, public policy, civil society, and sustainable development in Yemen. His work intersects with climate resilience and environmental sustainability through ecosystem restoration, solid waste management, circular-economy approaches, and participatory local development. He brings expertise in institutional assessment, policy development, multi-stakeholder engagement, and capacity strengthening, supporting practical and locally grounded solutions to environmental and development challenges.
